Through my involvement in the Canadian club system for 10+ years I’ve come to understand we are behind the eight ball when it comes to recruiting and every year Canadian athletes miss out on opportunities mainly due to a lack of knowledge and understanding for how the process works. Ultimately if we can assist more athletes in finding the right post secondary fit to reach their goals we can continue to help grow the sport of volleyball in Canada at all levels.”
